Remedial massage & Kinetic therapy

The session begins with an assessment to identify the issue, followed by techniques such as deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, sports massage, cupping, stretches, breathing exercises, and dynamic movements. Throughout the treatment, I will communicate with you to better understand how each technique feels and explain how it relates to your condition. At the end, I will provide recommendations for practices you can incorporate into your daily routine to support your body.
